31 May 2008 is “World No Tobacco Day”

Each year on May 31, the World Health Organization celebrates “World No Tobacco Day,” a day that WHO uses to highlight the risks of smoking and to advocate for effective policies to reduce tobacco consumption. This year, the theme is TOBACCO-FREE YOUTH.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), “Young people are aggressively targeted by the tobacco industry which spends billions of dollars each year marketing its products.” To protect the world’s youth from experimenting with tobacco and becoming regular users, this year’s campaign calls for a ban on all forms of tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship.”

Even if you are a smoker, stub it out just for 31 May 2008. After all, I’m sure you know all the harmful effects of tars and nicotine. Anyway, stopping one day won’t kill you, in fact it will help you to lower these risks in 24 hours.

  • Risk of a heart attack reduces
  • The lungs start to be cleared of mucous and toxins

An Open Letter to Doctors from Dr Bob Koh

Dear Friends,

Dr Bob KohI want to put on record and appreciation of the great advances and understanding of disease and conditions that modern medicine has given mankind. The funding provided by large pharmaceuticals firms in scientific research, clinical trials/studies etc has contributed much to our understanding of how our body functions etc.

However, I firmly believe the best service to mankind in terms of high quality healthcare system and high quality patient care is to promote Integrative Medicine, integrating the technologies and know-how of the West with thousands of years of wisdom from historical Asia Minor and the East.

I am very open to working with enlightened Oncologist/Cancer Specialist to provide non-invasive alternative cancer treatment. For most types of cancer if detected early, a surgical procedure and chemotherapy is not necessary. For my Stage 3 Colon Cancer patient the hospital only confirmed colon cancer, but did not detect lung cancer as it was at an early stage. Please refer to another article on how I treated this Stage 3 Colon Patient successfully.

That’s is also one reason why lung cancer patients, when detected, goes very fast – like the Malaysian tycoon Tan Sri Nasimuddin who died on May 2, 08 of lung cancer, when he was reported to be healthy and playing badminton on Jan 08. This might sound like a boast, but I would have increased his chances of survival had we met.

THESE ARE MY WISH LISTS:

If anyone knows of any Oncologist/Cancer Specialist who is interested to cooperate with me and offer Integrative Medicine for the treatment of cancer, I will be very pleased to work with him. He can have all the credit and fame. It doesn’t bother me as long as I can treat cancer patient and he does the monitoring of the process of the patients. Offering a total and wholesome solution for all types of cancer.

I WOULD love to work with (more…)

 Is Your Doctor Smoking?

Filed under: Stop Smoking — Victor Connor @ May 23rd, 2008

Camel Back in the 1940s, NBC’s Announcer Michael Roy disclosed that three independent research organizations conducted a nationwide poll with doctors, surgeons, and specialists in every branch of medicine. 113,597 doctors in all participated in this poll. The brand of cigarette the doctors named most often was Camel. So if doctors smoke Camel, it must be good. The “More Doctors Smoke Camel” campaign slogan was so successful that various ads was signed. This is just one of Camel’s vintage ads. You can see more of Camel’s vintage ads here.

Today, medical practitioners distanced themselves from any association of cigarette and smoking. Yet many doctors are still smoking.

For me, I choose my doctors and dentists carefully. I won’t choose a smoker to be my doctors or dentists. If he/she smokes, he/she probably wouldn’t care much about his health and wellness. So why should he/she bothers too much about mine?

 BIT (Bilateral Isokinematic Training)

BIT stands for Bilateral Isokinematic Training and my wife (who is a stroke sufferer) is currently undergoing this training by a trained Occupational Therapist. I did some personal research into this so call ‘New Technology’ or should I say ‘New Approach’ to treat people with unilateral (one side) damaged to the brain due to stroke or accidents etc.

Many studies and research are being done now to study the effects of this form of treatment and honestly, it is so technical that it is difficult for me to explain this in layman terms! I am sure you have noticed how babies when they kick, they often use both legs! This is what the doctors call our human inherent natural body Symmetrical Motion with respect to the mid-sagittal plane! Such studies comes under Neuro-Physiology.

In simple terms, BIT is being introduced into Stroke Recovery Programmes for upper body limbs training and there are contradicting research results from the medical practitioners. Some said BIT do not contribute significant improvements as compared to Unilateral training and others strongly recorded significant improvements! I went through the research papers and the test results are dependent on selected patient samples, extent of damaged, age factor etc. All I can say is that there are more proponents who observed positive improvements than negative ones.

In my wife’s case, she is on this program for about 2 months now and we noticed a marked improvement (more…)

Alternative Treatment Stopped Cancer Cells from Growing Under 2 Weeks!

If you found this blog and are reading this message, there might be a reason for it.

Dr Bob KohFor more than 35 years, I have been teaching many people about healthy diets and that “we are what we eat”. Yet many people unintentionally eat their way into hospitals. So you can understand the state of shock I was in when I was hospitalized 19 years ago for severe liver problems and my doctor told my wife that I had only six months to live.

Instead of waiting to die, I studied many different modalities of letting my body heal itself. 19 years later today, I am in the pink of health and my liver is in better condition than most people now. This is confirmed by various tests done and confirmed by western trained (medical) doctors practicing in recognized hospitals.

I have been practicing as an alternative medicine practitioner for more than 10 years now. I am convinced that if you know how to control the variables and factors that lead to degeneration and poor health, and restore the body’s self-healing functions; you can truly lead a life free from disease and pain – for the rest of your life.

Successfully treated Stage 3 Colon Cancer Patient in 2 weeks

On 25 March 2008, I was invited to treat a Stage 3 Colon Cancer patient in Singapore. The Specialist treating the patient had advised the family that about 4.5 cm of the colon must be surgically remove and connected back with titanium staple. This is to be followed by 12 weeks of chemotherapy, spaced at 2 weekly intervals.

According to the Specialist, after surgery and chemotherapy,

  • 80% of patients will relapse and cancer will return within 2 years
  • 20% of patients will suffer a relapse within 5 years and cancer will come back.

As the family wanted to try alternative treatment before subjecting to invasive surgery, they asked the Specialist how soon the surgery must take place. The family was informed by the Specialist that the patient life will not be in danger if surgery is postponed for 4 weeks.

I told the family that I only need 3 weeks to know if my methods will work for a particular patient. If my methods do not work, he still has time to do his surgery and chemotherapy without endangering his life due to the delay.

I took a hair sample on 25 March 2008 to an independent lab for analysis to know the patient’s health condition before the treatments starts. The hair analysis report confirmed the colon cancer; however, it also detected early stage lung cancer which had NOT been detected at the hospital, when they discovered colon cancer.

The overall health indicator was +15 indicating that his overall health is below par. A normal person should be + 17 and a very healthy individual is +21. After 2 weeks of treatment using my multi-disciplinary treatment protocol, we took another hair sample on 7 April 2008 for testing and analysis.

The 2nd test results showed that his overall health indicator has shot up to +21, that of a very healthy individual and that his CANCER CELLS HAVE STOPPED GROWING in just 2 weeks of treatment !!!!

The doctor who is doing the hair analysis remarked that he has seen many alternative cancer treatments, but this is the first time he has seen such a remarkable improvement in such a short time (of just 2 weeks)!

His 2nd colonoscopy done on 7 May 2008 at the hospital, compared to the one taken before 25 March 2008 showed a great improvement, and the body is able to kill the cancer cells with the multi-disciplinary treatment protocol. At this rate of progress, the patient will not need surgery or chemotherapy.

You can check out the hair analysis results at Hair Analysis Prove Cancerous Cells Turn Benign in 2 weeks.

To do the surgery the hospital quoted S$12000 (US$8580) and the 12 weeks of chemotherapy at S$50,000. (US$35,714), and the risk of cancer relapse and coming back again is there, as it does not treat the root cause of cancer.

Using my treatment protocol, it will be cheaper, and on top of that, the cancer will not come back as we treat the root cause, as long as the patient follows our recommendations. (more…)

Chocolate is a Trigger for Herpes

Chocolate could have an influence on women herpes symptoms. Several articles published recently claim that chocolate is a health food superior even to green tea. A study in 2003 suggested that eating chocolate regularly could prolong your life span, and other studies suggest that it protects blood vessels.

Chocolate may be an antioxidant and contain lots of polyphenols, but for people with herpes, chocolate is often a trigger. For more information, click this article entitled Herpes, Women and Chocolate.

 The Water of Life

Filed under: Water of Life — Betty Vong @ May 9th, 2008

Imagine rain falling down high up in the mountains. The air is unpolluted and the warm sunshine is giving far infrared energy to the water as it flows down a stream over rocks, gravel and sand and picking up minerals and the earth’s magnetic energy as it moves further downstream. Some of this water disappears underground and will not resurface until it becomes a spring. Imagine this natural water fountain from the earth as it gushes out giving forth pure spring water. This is water that nature intended us to drink.

Unfortunately, in our unnaturally modern and urbanized environment, we are not able to experience this. Water is supplied to us using long pipes. The water is exposed to high pressure and flows straight through the pipes. This causes the water clusters to break down and minerals are lost in the process. This creates water that is unhealthy for the body. On top of that, in the interest of public health, chlorine and a whole host of chemicals are added to the water to kill the germs and other micro organisms. Is this what you want to drink? By the way, boiling your water will not get rid of the chemicals.

Where there is water, there is life. It is no coincidence that the earth is 70% water and the average human body is 70% water. According to Masaru Emoto when he asks, “So how can people live happy and healthy lives? The answer is to purify the water that makes up 70% of your body.”

So how do we get this water that nature intended us to drink?

Over 30 years ago when Japanese researchers were doing research on plant growth cycles, they stumbled upon a form of water they named “pi”. The plants and other vegetation were thriving in this water. “Pi” is the Greek word for “life”. Also referred to as “living water”, Pi water is the closest water to human body water.

At an International Symposium on Preventative Oncology held in France in 1998, the following was reported on pi water:

  1. It has high anti-oxidation properties because of its ability to eliminate free radicals.
  2. It also provides far infrared energy from the sun and can transfer this energy to other living systems.
  3. It enhances anti-body activities.
  4. It carries more oxygen throughout the body, creating an oxygen rich environment which destroys anaerobic organisms (cancer is anaerobic).
  5. It creates minute clusters which improves the functions of cells and the detoxifying effects of water.
  6. It improves cellular adaptation to stress and stressful environments.
  7. It neutralizes the pH of water, bringing it to just above 7, which is very close to the pH of the body.
  8. It enhances the transmission of information throughout the body.

Don’t you want to know how to get this water? Well, I will introduce this to you in my next post.

In the meantime, the following quote makes a lot of sense.

“You’re not sick; you’re thirsty. Don’t treat thirst with medication.”
