Myth: Spinach has more calcium than milk
Truth: There is more calcium in a glass of milk (250 ml) than there is in 16 cups of spinach.
For all those mothers who have heard all the talk about looking at the timing of feeding your baby – even during breastfeeding moments, well, the truth is out …. you will go insane.
The truth of watching the clock and figuring out the timing of when to breastfeed is one of the fastest way to put yourself in an asylum. Imagine getting up every two hours just to check the time and then even if you aren’t suppose to get up at that time, your own bioclock will wake you to just check on the time.
Here’s advice for those breastfeeding – throw away all those timing pieces you have in the house. The baby doesn’t need to know the time and neither do you. That’s what the principle of breastfeeding-on-demand is for! When the baby is hungry – feed. When the baby is suppose to breastfeed – feed! Don’t start keeping checks on the time or whatever else distracts you from the big and only objective – that is to keep the baby fed and eating whenever he/she wants! Good luck on the feeds – without the time guards please.

Dear friends
Just a quick update on my 53 yr old 3rd stage colon cancer patient whom I started treating from 25 Mar 08.
To date he is alive and in very good health without the surgery to remove 4.5 cm of his sigmoid colon as indicated by his surgeon at Singapore General Hospital, and he did not undergo his 6 doses of chemotherapy as originally planned by his oncologist.
I have succeeded in using a non-invasive comprehensive treatment protocol that is effective in achieving cancer cell “apotosis” where cancer cells self destruct without the horrendous side effects of chemotherapy.
It is now 14-15 months into the treatment since the start of treatment on 25 March 2008, the patient is in the pink of health.
You may like to ask any oncologist on what is the normal progression for a Stage 3 Colon cancer patient if left untreated i.e. without surgery and without chemo for 14-15 months.
I have written to the Director of National Cancer Centre in Singapore with the view to share my methodologies in treating cancer without surgery and chemo, but so far has no response.
So on 11 May 2o09, I wrote to the Director General of WHO Dr Margaret Chan to invite WHO officials to evaluate and investigate my modalities in my non-invasive treatment protocol which is effective for Stage 1 to Stage 3 for most types of cancer .
I am still waiting for a response. Anyone in cyberspace who knows Dr Margaret Chan, feel free to inform her that I am willing to work with WHO to eradicate the worst scourge of mankind – Cancer.
Take care and have a nice week.

Milk is not just to drink. Milk is a convenient and relatively low cost homemade eczema treatment to treat the rash and dried scaly skin. It will offer some much desired relief to your troubled skin.
Soak gauze pad or cotton pad with a little cold or even iced milk and apply the affected area. You can leave the gauze pad or cotton pad on the affected for 1-3 minutes or however long you feel comfortable. You can continue the process for 10 minutes or so.
Though this method may not stop the itch, nourishing your skin with milk makes it soft and smooth, which will reduce the drying of the skin.
Homemade remedies help to relieve pain and itch but they are temporarily relief. To prolong a blissful eczema-free period, you have to observe dermatologist’s advice of staying away from alcoholic based and fragrance based toiletries, keep a balanced and healthy diet with lots of greens (raw greens where possible … sprouts are recommended and there’s reasons to that) and exercise to minimize stress. Alternatively, check out folks who have similar experience. Janet Simpson has some interesting information in her Cure Your Eczema in 14 Days and Evelyn Lim compiled her research and experience into an Eczema Diet Secrets book.

Click to learn in 12 minutes how microvita make you up [illustrated video]
To understand microvita we gotta 1st appreciate that all matter & energy is eventually resolvable into minutest bubbles of consciousness – in all its varied forms.
The omniscient consciousness has 3 facets integrated together, though they seem to function independently, as observed in manifest nature. In simple words they are : Will, Wisdom & Activity. While different religions present them allegorically & metaphorically – they remain the root-expressions of all there is.
Everything around us can be ultimately divided into these 3. When investigating the particles of matter & quanta of energy – they also have atleast the “activity” vibration at it’s maximum. A smaller subset of them also have the “wisdom” vibration in all it’s potency. They are the ones responsible for the brilliancy & aliveness of life. Don’t they deserve to be distinguished apart? Shri P. R. Sarkar called them MicroVita. Btw, that’s what our body aspires for, when it’s hungry.

The appearance of a disease is swift as an arrow; its disappearance slow, like a thread.
