		<description>Except that some of the saponins in alfalfa are toxigenic if consumed in high amounts. Inorganic alfalfa is especially prone to be infected. Anywayz they are not the fastest of sprouts to grow.

Because of the above 3 reasons i think Alfalfa sprouts are definitely over-sold. 

We all are much better off consuming different types of sprouts. There is so much to explore &#38; enjoy in the sprouting world.</description>
