		<description>Thanks for the comments Hans. You are right. I agree it&#039;s all about the quality of nutrition. I haven&#039;t found chia over here so far - if I get it I&#039;ll definitely grow it as well along with flax. We can do with more sources of Omega 3.</description>

		<description>eczema can be beaten by little steps. sprouting you own mung beans, fenugreek, drinking a lot of water, forgetting about process foods, sodas, heavy meals, all helps, little by little, you can win. It takes time, but it is worth it. It&#039;s all about food.</description>
