Milk Should be Fed to Latose Intolerant (Part 8/10 – Myths About Milk)

Myth: Milk should not be given to those who are latose intolerant.

Truth: Lactose intolerance is not an allergic reaction to dairy. It relates to how your digestive system handles the sugar in dairy stuff. Though folks who are lactose intolerat can consumer dairy, they should choose food that contain less lactose. Products such as sweetened condensed milk are to be avoided.
