Dear friends

If you are visiting this blog for the first time, a warm welcome.

To all you wonderful people who are regulars here, it is nice to be back. I’m right now waiting to catch a flight to visit one of my patients. I’m sitting here in the lounge feeling nice and good because of some recent development.

Old Lady in Singapore Walks Again After Being Immobile for 12 Months!

One of the many reasons that convinced me to write for NurtureYourOwn is because of Vivienne, also one of the co-writers of this blog. For the last few months, I was helping with her mother’s recovery as the old lady was paralysed after a spinal surgery in July 2007. Unlike some 75-year old women who would simply give up due to old age and failing health, Vivienne’s mother yearned to walk again. Her wishes were simple. She just wanted to do simple things on her own … like walking to the bathroom without the wheelchair, able to walk a few steps to the kitchen to fetch a cup of waters, etc. Things that we took for granted. Things that physically-challenged folks see as a luxury.

After treating her for 3 months from 18 April 2008, the old lady recently rewarded me on 25 July by standing up and walked 10 paces with a walking frame. She did it with much difficulty and effort on her part, and it was really heart warming to see her walk out from her room. She couldn’t walk for the past 12 months. And, she only managed to stand in June, yet in July, she could walk. Since helping myself to recover and walk from paralysis in 2003, seeing miracles is a major joy of my work in treating the impossibles or incurables. I knew what it is like being paralysed and I like to help people like Vivienne’s mother.

If you know of anyone who is paralyzed for less than 12 months – from any kind of physical injury, nerve compression, cauda equina syndrome, stroke and unsuccessful surgery, feel free to contact me for evaluation. I will not promise the impossible. I only treat patients whom I have at least 80% confidence to heal.

Recently my mind is very busy with 3 cases which their respective specialists used the term “incurable”. One is Motor Neuron Disease and another is Poly Myositis, both are degenerative nerve disorder. The last case is a young 15-year old patient with scoliosis of 68% deviation where surgery is indicated necessary.

There’s Hope for a Malaysian Medical Doctor who was said to be incurable with Poly Myositis

The patient with Poly Myositis (a nerve disorder where the muscles waste away, and she is slowly but definitely losing her ability to walk) is a lady OB GYN Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her husband is also a medical doctor, a Gastroenterology Specialist. They both made my day when they said that every medical doctor should have a wellness specialist like me to take care of their health.

I only treated the Poly Myositis patient for 2 sessions on 13 July and 14th July 2008.She rewarded me with a wide beaming smile, as she realized that there might be hope for her condition after exhausting all medical options for the past 3 years. As a doctor herself, she was deeply disappointed and frustrated when her doctors told her hers was an “incurable disease”. All these years, She helped and is continuing to support and give life to other and yet no one was able to help her when her own life is withering.

By 15 October 2008, I will be able to share with you all whether, I am successful in preventing further deterioration with her condition and be able to give her a permanent solution to her Poly Myositis.

My 14-year old Patient has grown taller despite severe scoliosis

The 68% scoliosis 14 years old boy has grown taller on 26 July 2008, since starting treatment less than 30 days ago on 5 July 2008. Wow. Cool. His father said if I can improve his son’s deviation to 48% within a year, that will be a miracle. Because most of the doctors they talked to, said its “impossible”. I want to make “impossible” becomes “possible”. Not just for fun, though it will be fun seeing the little boy became healthier and taller with each passing day. Definitely not due to pride or ego but it is fulfilling to see a boy grows into a man.

All the above 3 cases … I do not use invasive drugs nor surgeries. I don’t just use one treatment protocols, I used several, For those who are keen to know the modalities I used, please check out my earlier post by clicking here.

Now, I got a new case on knee. That prompted me thinking, “Is knee pain/degeneration really irreversible and knee replacement surgery the only option?

As I mentioned in my previous posting I have great respect for Mainstream Western Medicine, and I belief that future high quality patient care lies in Integrative Medicine.

However, I am often baffle when, after management of knee pain for many years, the patient is finally told that they will need a knee replacement surgery. Patients who managed to see me and I am able to reverse the surgery in most cases that I take on.

For those of you who are concerned about whether you will have a knee problem when you are in your sixties, should see me for an evaluation if you are above 35 yrs now. An examination now will show whether you will be a prospect for knee replacement surgery 20-25 years later.

Ok got to go board my flight now. We’ll catch up again. Contact me if you like.

Warmest Regards
Doctor Bob Koh

  1. Congratulations to you bob as well as to your patients who recovers!! Guess they need to continue for full recovery! Please continue to share more of such testimonies for they give hope in people and skeptics towards alternative medicine! Honestly I was skeptical not so much of the practise of natural healing and alternative medicine but more of too many bogus ‘doctors’ around! Cheers!

  2. For those who is skeptical with Doctor Bob Koh’s claims or doubtful of alternative treatments, I hereby verified that my mum’s overall health has greatly improved with the good doctor’s treatment protocols. Within 2-3 months of treatment, my mum’s dark eye circles diminished, her overall skin tones turned from greyish to rosy and her limbs were stronger. She said her legs weren’t stiff and cold like before. By the 3rd month, she could stand with the help of a walking frame. By late July, she could walk with the help of a walking frame with someone supporting her by the arm.

Though my mother is still supported by a team of specialists from the hospitals, I’m certain her recently progress has a lot to do with Doctor Bob’s treatments. Why? I didn’t see visible results until after April 2008.

  3. Hi Bokjae:

Thank you very much for your encouragement. I need that.

These days, my mind is too full with very difficult cases like Scoliosis with 68 degrees deviation, Poly Myositis, and Motor Neuron Disease.

For scoliosis, I have treated many with deviation of less than 20 degrees, 30 something and 40 something degress. However, 68 degrees, is the first time and it’s a 14-yr old boy. Everybody that the parents consulted say its impossible to treat this condition without a massive surgery.

The parents are very realistic about my treatment. They said that if I can improve the deviation to 48 degrees within a year, that would be a miracle. Well after 3 weeks, he grew taller by 1 cm. In Oct, they will take another X-ray to see if his condition has improved or gotten worse. I started his program on 5th July. Previously, the child underwent chiropractic manipulation thrice weekly for 3 mths, and it progresses from 60 degrees to 68 degrees. For such serious scoliosis, chiropractic manipulation can be dangerous and there will be risk of paralysis with such high velocity manipulation, and usually with great external force.

Vivienne’s mom has got very good results from my treatment program. Vivienne is a wonderful lady and I respect her for the way she cares for her mom financially and everything. She is realistic and did not expect much. She only likes her mom to just be able to stand up, shift from wheelchair onto taxi with ease and able to use the toilet on her own. She wants to restore dignity to her mother. Well, I am trying to help her to walk again. Looks like we may have a chance after seeing her walk 10 paces with a frame.

Ok, we’ll connect again. Got to go.

  10. Dear all:

I have been busy this last 1 yr, traveling within S E Asia and seeing more and more patients. I am happy to say that there are more patients these days who see that my methods are logical and makes good sense to them and are seeking my treatment.

Just to give you a feedback on some of the highlights of my patients progress these last 1 yr.

    1. My 53 yrs old male, Stage 3 colon cancer patient, whom I treated on 25 Mar 2008, is still alive today, after 3 yrs without the surgery and the chemo that was suggested by SGH in Sin on 19 Mar 2008. His oncologist had said that after surgery and followed by chemo, 80% of the cancer patients treated this way will still have a relapsed within 2 yrs. The prospects are very good that he will stay cancer free for 5 yrs.

My 1st tenet as a Physician is “Do no harm”. Chemotherapy and Radiotherapies do a lot of harm to the cancer patients and that’s why its difficult for me to advocate such toxic treatments.

Cancer patients and family members should do their due diligence and know that cancer can be effectively treated without surgery and chemo or RT. A wholesome and non invasive cancer treatment protocol is far more effective than surgery and chemo, where such treatment regime does a lot of damage and harm to the patient, and many do die of multiple organs failure as well as the toxicity of the treatment.

    2. My 91 yrs old grandmother in Jkt is still doing very well, after I saved her life in April 2006, from a heart attack and she had lungs infection as well. Her Parkinson’s Disease had also improved and her tremor in the right hand is noticeably reduced. I just saw her yesterday, 30 Jun 2011.
One of the Disease that I want to treat in future is Parkinson’s Disease. I think that my methods may offer some hope for this incurable condition.

    3. I treated a few eczema patients since Dec 2009, and they are showing good results with my treatments. All of them are now able to live without the need for steroids. If I can reduced their itchiness down to a level where steroids are not needed, then its possible to treat this condition completely. One of them has been on steroids for 25 yrs non stop. Since 60 days after my treatment he has been off steroids for 300 days.

I believe that eczema can be effectively treated and one of the causes that makes eczema incurable is the continuous use of steroids.

    4. I treated a lady successfully for breast lumps and uterine fibroids and also help her to lose 10 kg over 6 mths and she is looking like a young lady in her 20s instead of her actual age, in her 50s. She makes me very happy with such remarkable results.

    Ok will share more later.

    Take care.
    Doc Bob
